- Three compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water and three sink plugs. Detergent and bleach on site.
- Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels are available for hand washing.
- Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
- Equipment and utensils are stored in a manner that protects from potential contamination.
- Spices stored in hard plastic containers with fitted lids.
- General sanitation good.
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
