Follow up inspection: -A thermometer was available inside the pizza cooler. -An extra garbage bin was added at the handsink -The permit to operate with the decal for this fiscal year (expiring March 31, 2017) was posted in a conspicuous location. -The trolley containing dry food was cleaned. -The operator had brought a food safety plan and sanitation plan on-site. The plans were reviewed during the inspection and a few revisions are needed. *Please revise the sanitation plan and food safety plans and email them to the area E.H.O. within 2 weeks time.
