Observation: Walk in cooler ceiling - 2 ice cream buckets suspended in the air by wooden stick above gap in ceiling collecting dripping water.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure ceiling is structurally sound and the gap in the ceiling is properly sealed. Buckets used to collect condensation dripping from the gap should only be a temporary solution. Repair walk in cooler ceiling completely to prevent dripping, ensure proper insulation of cooler and to allow for proper cleaning.
