-Women's staff washroom sink was supplied with warm water, however, the sensor on this sink should be checked to ensure that it can continuously stay on for 45 seconds.
-Ensure that the inserts for the pasta sauce are fully submerged in ice.

All coolers were < 4 degrees Celsius.
All freezers were < -18 degrees Celsius .
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Low temp. dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine
The glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine
No evidence of pests, pest control reports onsite.
The ice machine was clean.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
