Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of the house hand washing station as obstructed. Back kitchen hand washing station did not have paper towels.

Observation: 1. Open cans of ketchup stored in walk in cooler. Open metal cans with food can rust and contaminate the food.
2. Bags of food stored in garbage bags in walk in freezer. Do not use garbage backs to store food they are contaminated with chemicals.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to move food in open cans into food grade containers. Do not use garbage bags to store food even if they are in packaging. Always use food grade containers to store food. Correction required today.

Observation: General cleaning needed throughout facility in hard to clean areas. Ensure to dough equipment, storage areas and floors of walk in freezer regularly. Fumehood was required in April 2023 as indicated on service sticker.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas with old food debris as needed. Hire a fumehood technician to clean the fumehoods. Correction required in one week.

Holding units: Coolers at 4C and below. Walk in cooler ambient at 0.6C. Walk in freezer at -9C.
Hot holding unit at 62C and above for samosas.
