Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEAT: Sprouts and cut jalapeno peppers observed at room temperature. Ice bath observed with no ice. Temperature of ice bath was 9.9 C.
Corrective Action(s): Vegetables were time stamped for two hour holding. Sprouts removed and new ice bath created. Ensure ice bath is maintained and sprouts are held at 4 C or below or discarded after two hours. Ensure all vegetables are time stamped for two hours then discarded.

Observation: Two live cockroaches observed in drawer in front till area. No signs of cockroaches in kitchen area.
Corrective Action(s): Contact pest control company and have them address the issue. Clean and remove all long standing food debris in front areas.
