Hand wash stations supplied with hot/cold running water. Paper towels and liquid soap provided in dispensers. Dishwasher reached 75.3 deg C at plate surface. Ice machine was in sanitary condition. Line coolers registered at 3-4 deg C (ambient temp.). Upright freezers were at -18 deg C (ambient temp.) Upright cooler (front area) registered below 4 deg C (ambient temp.). Display cooler at 4 deg C or below. Sanitizer solution in buckets had 200 ppm (quats) - wiping cloths in stored in buckets. Daily temp log available and up to date. Note: This will be in digital format come Sept. 2021. General sanitation was satisfactory. Reminder for staff to clean as they go to keep counter tops in sanitary condition. Washrooms were clean and provided with sanitary supplies at time of inspection. Health permit valid and posted in plain public view. No signs of pests noted.
