Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings from shelves in kitchen, on floor in storage room, under shelf in storage area, and floor next to 3-door prep cooler in kitchen. Violation Score: 3 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: While most holes and cracks have been sealed, ensure baseboards are added by walk-in freezer downstairs. Also ensure all foams used to seal cracks and holes are intact. Corrective Action(s): Re-seal if required. Violation Score: 3

The following items have been observed: -->All poison has been removed from facility -->Pest control visited the facility yesterday -->Most dropping have been removed -->Operator has de-cluttered facility, especially basement, to eliminate harbourage areas -->Operator has also sealed most holes and cracks in facility -->Dishwasher is checked this time - at least 50ppm chlorine is noted on plate -->2-door sliding cooler in kitchen is noted at 3.4oC Closure Order rescinded.
