Major cleaning underway - Good. Continue to clean hard-to-reach areas of falility, especially floor at donut-making station. Organization is good in many areas of facility including the cooling units. Cooling units themselves look very clean. **Hot air venting still needed for prep cooler. Do this before the heat of the summer months puts added stress on this unit. **Freezer needs defrosting. Get it defrosted. New dishwasher purchased. Good.
