Updated food safety plan reviewed. operator must ensure to remove point regarding packaging or portioning food in the walk-in cooler. otherwise the plan is accepted at this time.
Any future changes to the menu or process requires updating of the food safety plan and respective approval.
New low temperature dishwasher installed this morning. measured 100 ppm chlorine at the dish surface. test strips on site - good
