Note: Tablet for tracking times of room temperature holding of cut lettuce/tomatoes/onions etc had run out of battery and wasn't available for use for staff at start of inspection. Tablet plugged in and reset during inspection, tablet was likely unavailable for approximately one hour. Ensure this is kept plugged in at all times and that staff are regularly checking this to ensure no food is kept out longer than 2 hours.
