Follow-up report #ZDER-B6T3MD All violations noted on last report have been corrected except one noted above. -Significant improvement in sanitation noted through out facility - all lower shelves, ledges, top of bulk food bins and floor have been cleaned -Additional pest control devices noted through out facility -No mouse droppings noted during inspection -Pest control report (C.G. Pest Free Industries Ltd.) reviewed (Nov 30, 2018) - actions have been taken to seal an entry point into kitchen along with additional pest control devices. Service is currently weekly. *Continue weekly service until pest activity has been controlled and follow all recommendations by pest control technician *"Mouse in establishment" bulletin provided as resource ***Correction Order Rescinded
