-Follow-up inspection to march 7, 2019. -Prep cooler has been serviced and was at 4C to 5C (top) and 4C bottom. Cooler fan had a blockage and has been cleared. Continue to monitor cooler unit and service and adjust as needed. -Light sleeves have been replaced on the light fixtures located over food prep areas. -Door seal has been measured for size. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
