Follow-up to inspection #ZDER-BLRVQC -Bulk dry food in open packages have been placed in pest proof containers with lid. More permanent containers are being found to protect all food and better organize dry food in storage area -Domestic food processor has been removed from use in prep area and food is being manually processed -Updated floor plan (hard copy) provided during inspection - changed to dining room and front beer/keg walk in cooler.
