Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths found stored on the table. This has repeated on 2 inspections. Wiping cloths must be stored in a sanitizer bucket to prevent the growth of bacteria on the wiping cloths and to prevent the spread of bacteria onto food contact surfaces

-Food safe level 1 course registered and receipt provided to district Environmental Health Officer. Course date on 11/30/2019. Ensure food safe level 1 certificate is presented on site during future inspections
-Employee observed to have proper handwashing
-No signs of pest during inspection
-Crab tank has been cleaned
-Cut vegetables are not stored at room temperature
-Food is not stored directly on the floor
-Flour and rice bin have covers on them
-Cardboad not used as floor mats
-Dirt debris on floors have been cleaned
