Routine Inspection - Routine inspection conducted on October 4,2022. - Follow up inspection conducted. Met with operator. - Buckets of pickled products were found on site on Oct 4,2022. The products were discarded as per owners statement. Owner agreed to provide with lab testing results and labels prior to pickle production and sale of pickle production. - Owner agreed to use the downstairs as food product and utensil storage only until all required approvals are obtained from Fraser Health and City of Abbotsford - Provide a list of all food products processed in the food premises and an updated Food safety plan - Provide a list of equipment and an updated sanitation plan
