Checked sanitizer concentrations in bucket and spray bottle. Quats. Less than 200 ppm measured. Source at 200 ppm. Replaced both sprayer and bucket. Ensure system is primed before filling containers with Quats.

Temperature controls are good. Cooling units less than 4 C, hot holding units all above 60 C.

Premises well maintained at time of inspection.
