Observation: Food debris collected along gap between prep table and wall (toaster oven for breakfast sandwich area). Coffee beans by espresso bar/ice machine area and under two door fridge in the back.
Corrective Action(s): More cleaning is required around all noted ares and garbage should be taken out more frequently as it is blocking access to mop sink and two door fridge.
