Follow-up inspection conducted to assess sanitation.

- Knives are stored in a clean container. Ensure knives are not kept in crevices between equipment.
- Sanitizer buckets (2) had 200 ppm chlorine residual. Rags were stored in sanitizer buckets.
- Deli-slicer was in use at the time of inspection. Ensure the deli slicer is cleaned after use or every 2 hours.
- Hand washing sink was clear of obstructions and was equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
- Temperature logs for coolers and freezers are now being maintained. Do not fill in previously missed days.
