Followup to routine inspection #JLEE-CFKQJQ - Paper towel available and observed in the dispenser - Protective plastic covering of the ice machine has been removed and the interior surface is stainless steel. Ice machine observed in sanitary condition. **Correction to previous report**: Physical contaminants are the plastic fragments from the protective covering instead of the paint flakes. - Back door was observed to be closed during time of inspection. - There were less flies (three live ones) observed during time of inspection. The fly glue trap was less covered with flies. Staff indicated that the fly glue trap will be replaced as needed (at least once per day). A pest control device was installed. Manager confirmed via email that a walk-through mesh screen door has been ordered for installation. Garbage container observed to be covered
