Complaints received: Kiosk does not have a physical barrier between the staff and customers or a 2m separation; there are no markers on the floor as to where customers should stand while waiting for their turn. Ensure that the following items are addressed by May 5, 2021: -As discussed, provide a physical barrier between the staff and patrons along the service counter. A barrier should be positioned to accommodate the heights of the tallest and shortest people who will likely be at the counter. The barrier should extend 30 cm (12 in.) below the shorter person’s nose and 30 cm (12 in.) above the taller person’s nose. -Provide 2m markers on the floor to assist customers in maintaining a distance of two metres from each other when they're lining up. *Report reviewed but not signed.*
