Note: mix 5ml (1tsp) of bleach in 1 litre of water for food grade sanitizer
Dishwasher reached 78C at plate surface after approx 10min warm up
2 door standing cooler at 3C
1 door standing cooler measured at 5C. Please service or adjust this machine to maintain a product temperature of 4C or below

General sanitation of kitchen excellent
No evidence of pests
Ice machine in good sanitary condition, with scoops stored in a clean container
