Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mildew accumulations observed on inside of the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Operator has wiped down mildew accumulations and to empty then thorougly clean and sanitize the interior. Ensure all equipment is maintained in a sanitary condition.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection container with chlorine sanitizer solution 0ppm in concentration.
Corrective Action(s): During operation a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is required for sanitizing cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces. General sanitizer solution: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Back area 2 compartment sink available for use.
2 compartment sink with low temperature dishwasher available for use. 50ppm chlorine detected during the final rinse cycle.
After correction, 100ppm bleach available for use. Reminder to store all wiping cloths in this solution when not in use.
Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
Back area freezer at -16 degrees C.
2 door freezer used as a cooler at -5 degrees C.
Both preparation cooler inserts and lower sections at or below 4 degrees C.
