Follow up inspection to F233383:
All food items were covered in walk in cooler at time of inspection. Walk in cooler at 0 deg C.
Rice spatulas were observed to be stored in a clean and dry container.
Cleaning has been conducted between, behind and under cooking equipment and prep tables. Ensure the underside of prep tables are cleaned and sanitized as well. Keep cleaning these areas regularly to prevent accumulation of oils and food debris.
Soiled and oily cardboard removed from premise.
Reminder: Food must be cooled from 60 deg C to 20 deg C within 2 hours at room temperature before putting inside the cooler. Then the food must be cooled from 20 deg C to 4 deg C within 4 hours.
