General Observations: - Handwash stations fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water - All refrigerators are at or below 4C - All freezer units are at or below -18C - Sanitizer buckets with cloths are at 200ppm QUATS. They are changed approx. every hour or when test strips indicate. - Dishwasher is able to achieve 71C dish level - Overall premises is well maintained and clean
