- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (walk-in, prep) at < or = 4C
- Freezers (walk-in, stand-up) at < or = -18C
- Low temperature dishwasher available. 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer dispensed during the final rinse.
- Glasswasher in use. 12.5 ppm iodine sanitizer dispensed during the final rinse.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in buckets with wiping cloths
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
