Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # GNAH-CQKQZ2 of Apr-04-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Mice dropping observed on dishes at the first compartment of dish cabinet. Correction: Remove all dishes, cutlery and other cooking items from the cabinet. Clean and sanitize inside the cabinet and dividers. Ensure to use proper and effective sanitizer to remove all traces of mice activity. Do not use items stored in this cabinet until they are properly washed and sanitized. Re-wash and then sanitize all items stored in the cabinet including dishes, cutlery and cooking items etc. Store items in clean and sanitary condition preferably in closed containers if possible. Follow up inspection High temp Dish washer has been installed. Final rinse water temperature registered at 71 degree C. Detergent is to be properly primed to the machine before washing implements. Dishes are to be washed and sanitized properly before use. Cabinets and storages noted clean and free of droppings. Floor noted free of mice activity. Ensure to maintain. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
