Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Diced tomatoes in the prep cooler (right) was probed to be at 7C. Operator reported the foods were filled in 30 min ago and volunteered to move all food in the prep cooler (right) to the walk-in-cooler.

A follow up inspection has been performed for the routine inspection MKIM-CL5LR8M and the following observations were found:
- Same prep cooler from the routine inspection was observed unable to hold temperature of 4C or lower
- Operator reported prep cooler will no longer be used and will be replaced
- Walk in cooler thermometer able to produce accurate temperature readings
