Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted foods stored beside hand wash sink at time of visit. It was removed at time of visit.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store anything in front of the hand wash sink must be fully accessible at all time.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Noted dirt, grease and garbage under deep fryers and other cooking equipment in kitchen.
Also, cabinet under sink was dirty and unorganized. Noted cups and coffee packages stored in this cabinet.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the kitchen floor and under all equipment

No food or disposable utensils, cups to be stored in this cabinet - Chemical and garbage can is ok

Observation: Items such as old broken fridge and cardboard boxes are noted in storage room. Not able to verify pest free condition.
Corrective Action(s): Remove theses items, organize it to aid cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.

Comments

-Temp. all coolers & freezer satisfactory
- Quats sanitizer > 200 ppm
- Paper Towel & liquid soap are provided
- Temp. Hot holding units all > 60 C
- Good personal Hygiene noted by staff. Staff are wearing hair net good.
- No sign of pests noted inside.
-Temperature log sheet is maintained.
*General sanitation: increase the frequency of cleaning to keep the sanitation at acceptable level.
* Too much smoke and smell noted during inspection- inadequate of ventilation as discussed before!

As discussed before due to the size of the facility increase the frequency of cleaning to maintain acceptable level of sanitation of the facility at all time.
