All other fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius. Ensure that kitchen fridges are not overloaded and that items are placed in the fridge to allow for proper air circulation.
Freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 83 degrees Celsius at the plate surface.
Liquid soap and paper towel are available at handsinks.
Ensure that temperature logs are being maintained and that if temperatures are found to be high, a corrective action is noted on the record.
