Observation: - Ice machine is still broken in the main kitchen. There is a small ice machine at the bar.
- There is still a small leak above the ceiling near the entrance to the dry storage room. Ceiling tile has been installed but water is still sipping through the ceiling tile. The manager informed that the HVAC system will be fixed this week.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the leak.

Observation: Missing wall mounted hand soap dispenser at the handwashing station near the front of the kitchen. The manager informed that he will be installing it this week.

Observation: Working thermometers (ie NSF certified) inside the following coolers:
- middle undercounter cooler
- undercounter cooler at the dim sum station
- upright cooler near the electrical room
Corrective Action(s): Provide working thermometers inside all refrigeration units. Immediately begin daily temperature log for all coolers.

- Surface sanitizer measured at 100ppm chlorine concentration at the front bar area.
- All handwashing stations were made easily accessible, equipped with hand soap, hot/cold running water, paper towels.
- Rice scoop stored in ice water.
- General sanitation has improved. Deep cleaning has been done.
