Observation: Danby cooler was at 8 degC. Eggs were moved to the other cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store PHF's in the cooler if the temperature is above 4 degC (40 degF). Check the thermometer inside the cooler and adjust the thermostat accordingly.
