- Stand-up freezers in kitchen (X2) measured at -20'C
- Stand-up cooler in kitchen at 2'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Hot-holding units measured at or above 60'C
- Milk dispensing units (X2) measured at 2'C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 79'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer pails (X3) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- QUATs test strips are available on site
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Professional pest control company is contracted to complete inspections
