Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CEYSGS.
The following violations have been corrected in report#JCHY-CEYSGS.
-Preparation cooler measured at 4C air ambient temperature. Pizza condiments measured at 4C internal temperature in the pizza preparation cooler.
-Plastic beverage rack underneath the shelving units in the wlak-in cooler have been removed. Underneath the shelving units in the walk-in cooler in sanitary condition. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C air ambient temperature.
-Shelving unit of the dry storage racks observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Light fixture in the kitchen area have been serviced.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C.

NOTE: Ensure all kitchen equipment such as dough mixer must be cleaned and sanitized after each-use. Ensure to follow Facility's Sanitation Plan on daily cleaning and sanitizing of premises (e.g.: underneath shelving units, floors, etc.)
