Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution in two buckets at the back and spray bottles at bar were measured at 0ppm quats concentration. Sanitizer from dispenser was measured at 0ppm as well
Corrective Action(s): - There was an air gap in the chemical line at dispenser. It was adjusted. The sanitizer after flushing the line was measured at 200ppm quats solution. All buckets and spray bottles were refilled with 200ppm quats solution

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink at the back was blocked with the sanitizer bucket

Comments

- All handsink in the bar area, back kitchen area and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers- walk-in cooler (outside kitchen), upright storage cooler(outside) two prep cooler, upright storage cooler (inside), walk-in beer cooler and bar coolers are measured at less than 4C
- All freezers are functional and measured at less than 4C
- Hot holding units are greater than 60C
- Dishwasher is measured dispensing 50ppm chlorine residual during final rinse cycle
- Glass washer is measured at 50ppm chlorine during final rinse cycle
- Food storage practices are satisfactory. All food is covered and stored off the floor
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection. Pest control company is hired and pest control measures are in place
- Foodsafe certified staff is present on site
- General sanitation has improved from last routine inspection.
