Health permit posted in plain view.
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (bleach) measured 100 ppm.
Upright cooler and prep line cooler was at or below 4 deg C.
Freezer was at or below -18 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Hot holding cabinet for pizza was at 55 deg C. Timer used so that pizza only kept in hot cabinet for 1-1.5 hours.
Temperature log was available and being kept up to date.
Food items in the dry storage were kept off the floor.
No signs of pests noted at time of visit. No possible entry points were noted. Monitor for pests.
Washroom was in clean condition. Key required to access washroom.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Note: Re-painting of walls required in the back and front area as well as washroom. Ensure to choose light color for the walls.
