Food not cooled in an acceptable manner [s. 12(a)] (Observed container of gravy and pail of chicken noodle soup in front walk in cooler. Internal temperatures 48 C and 52 C respectively. Cafe operator advised products were pulled ~ 30 minutes prior. )
