Walk-in cooler has been serviced-registered 4.2 degrees C at the time of inspection. Good. * A licensed pest control company must inspect to implement fly control measures. * The auto close mechanism on drive thru window needs to be operational to prevent entry of flies. * Air curtain fan recommended on the drive through window. * Clean and sanitize all areas where flies excrement are seen e.g. menu screens, light fixtures and all other surfaces. * Improve sanitation of the kitchen, drive through and garbage dumping areas to discourage harborage of flies.
