Comments

Routine inspection conducted. The following was observed:

- Walk-in cooler observed at approximately 4C. Keep the door closed when not in use and ensure that the temperature reaches 40F / 4C or less
- Temperature logs were maintained; however in some instances the temperature was recorded at >=40F and no corrective action taken. Staff members need to be aware of the temperature requirement inside the walk-in cooler (4C/40F or less at all times)
- Stand-up display freezer units at -15C
- Kulfi chest freezers at -18C or less
- Hand wash station stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels at back-of-house
- 3-compartment sink is stocked with drain plugs. NOTE: Your sanitizer bottle is close to depletion. Obtain a new sanitizer bottle
- Staff state that no produce is cut on-site anymore. Only repackaging is done. However, the table still needs to be cleaned and sanitized before any repackaging starts. Furthermore, all repackagers MUST wash their hands first
- Food store is generally well maintained - all products are stored at least 6" off the floor

The following also require your attention:
- The old-style bulk bins are not well maintained as there is no designated scoop holder. Consider updating bulk bins with designated areas to store the scoops. Please note that scoops must be still be cleaned and sanitized routinely
