Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-ARZQLH - No double stacking observed at time of inspection - Bleach water surface sanitizer available at approximately 200 ppm chlorine. - Operator was able to prepare bleach water sanitizer at two-compartment sink at 200 ppm chlorine. Please ensure that sink is set up at the beginning of the day and test strips are available on site to verify concentrations. To be checked at next inspection. - Thermometers accurate to 1 degree C are available for coolers Note: Cleaning is still required in areas noted on previous report. Please ensure these areas, along with any hard-to-reach areas, are properly cleaned. Food debris may attract pest activity.
