Observation: 1) Glasswasher had between 0 and 12.5 ppm iodine residual.
2) Initially, dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine residual.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Have glasswasher adjusted/repaired such that it can consistently achieve 12.5 ppm iodine residual after rinse cycle. Obtain test strips so staff can test it.
2) Staff primed sanitizer line in dishwasher and it achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual after this was done. Obtain test strips so that staff can routinely check the concentration at the dishwasher.

Alcohol walk in cooler: 2.9 deg C
All other freezers at -18 deg C or less
Hot holding (across cooking line) at 60 deg C or greater

General sanitation is ok, ensure to continually clean underneath cooking line in hard to reach areas
No signs of pests at time of inspection

Quat sanitizer in spray bottles (purple solution) at 200 ppm Quats; located throughout kitchen and in bar area
