Observation: food debris build up and equipment/utensils found in hard to reach areas in the back of house (behind cooler units, underneath dishwashing area, on lower shelf of stainless steel table, etc)
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that deep cleaning is conducted on a more frequent basis. Pay particular attention to the above noted areas.
