All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Ice machine was clean. Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 81 C at the plate level. No evidence of pests. Pest control reports on site. Quats solution was at 200 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
