-Bleach is available onsite
*Sanitizer bucket noted at 100 ppm chlorine
*Sanitizer in 3 comp sink noted at 200 ppm chlorine
*Test strips available - 50 ppm chlorine required for dishwashing / 100 ppm chlorine required for sanitizer bottle/bucket minimum
-Bubble tea machine appears clean
-All food is covered and no PHF is being stored at room temp.
*Ensure rice is thrown out at the end of the night not the next morning - to eliminate food source for pests.
-Pre-packaged foods are now labelled in display cooler
-Ice machine is used only in summer time - decommissioned during the fall/winter.
