Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer was at a concentration well in excess of 200ppm (test strips instantly bleached out, and solution was a noticeable yellow colour).
Corrective Action(s): Diluted to 100ppm during inspection. Staff member shown how to use test strips - some confusion existed regarding the test strip turning white despite very high concentration. Colour should stay consistent after removal from sanitizer solution.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Hand sink at front of store is leaking badly. Staff do not appear to be using the sink, as the area underneath (and bowl placed under the leak) were dry. Pressure from taps is also reduced.)

*No improper thawing of foods observed during inspection.
*Front area hand sink leak has been repaired. Hot and cold water now available at sink.
*Sanitizer available at front and rear kitchens. Cloths kept soaking in sanitizer solution.
*Incense and personal items have been moved to a designated shelf for staff.
