* You have the option of using Chlorine bleach ( 1 ounce of bleach per gallon of water-makes 200 ppm chlorine) OR Ready to USe Sani Stuff at 200 ppm
Recommended using Quats test strips to test sanitizer strength.
* Please forward the updated food safety and sanitation plan to our office.

Dishwasher final rinse temp could not be tested.
Purchase thermolabels to check final rinse temp at the plate surface.(Must be minimum 71 C at the plate surface).
