Routine inspection conducted: -Warehouse in use for shelf stable food and non-food items only. -Monthly operation for repackaging station. All machine parts cleaned/sanitized using Quats for each use. -No food handling/processing occurring on site at this time. -200ppm Quats available in a labelled spray bottle at this time. -General food storage practice very good at this time. -Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed. -Professional pest control company contracted for weekly visits. Reports kept on site. -Handwashing stations equipped properly with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Washroom handsink satisfactory.
