Operator stated that they had mouse activity a few months ago but had a pest control in and have not seen any mouse activity in about one month. Corrective Action(s): Do a deep clean of the premise, removing all mouse droppings and all build up of grease and food debris. Due: 1 week. If any mouse droppings are found after this point, increase/reinstate pest control measures. Violation Score: 9
