Observation: 1) Observation: Potentially hazardous foods (meats, deli meats) in prep cooler under toasters noted at 10.2 deg. C.

Correction: Foods noted were discarded. Other foods in cooler were moved to a working unit at 4 deg. C or below.
1. Unit must be serviced/replaced.
2. Provide a lid for cold inserts to maintain tempeartures at 4 deg. C or below.
3. Purchase divider bars for cold inserts to ensure a proper fit. Ensure to not double-stack inserts.
2) Observation: Sauces in cold inserts to the right of burners noted at 10 deg. C.
Correction: Only maintain a small amount of sauce in inserts and use within 2 hours. Ensure to keep lids down when inserts are not in use.

Observation: Observation: Handsink right of Master Bilt unit (closest to dish pit) did not have hot water. Dispenser for paper towels next to 2-compartment sink broken. No soap noted at handsink in bar area.

On Follow-Up:
-Sandwich cooler's at 6.5 degC. Thermostat indicates a temperature of 47 degF. Manager on duty mentioned that the technician changed defrost times.. Find out the times for the defrost cycles. This cooler must be able to maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below. Technician was contacted and showed up during the inspection. He'll change the settings so that the defrost mode shows up as "def" during defrost times.
-The inserts are still being double stacked, but the space dividers have been ordered and should be arriving this week.
-Another cooler has been ordered for the prep area.
-Cleanup issues have been addressed.
-The hole in the wall in the staff washroom (men's) has been sealed.
-The public washrooms have warm water at the sinks.
-The handsink closest to the dishpit has warm water now.
-Discussed walk-in cooler issues with manager on duty. Manager is aware of the space concerns.
