Operator will only use this unit for holding pickles and tea (no potentially hazardous food permitted) Cleaning conducted: under the stove top, under the 2 comp sink, and around the bubble tea making area - good Rodent droppings removed and areas cleaned (under the stove top and under the 2 comp sink) Some rodent droppings still present underneath bubble team prep area counters. clean area thoroughly everyday. Some cooking equipment/items that are no longer used are still stored on premises. remove old equipment that is no longer being used
